We believe progress isn’t about sweat, scales or shrinking your body to fit an ideal. We reject diet culture, celebrate every gain, and train strength in a way that truly serves women. Born from the real challenges women face in the weights room, Lifting Ladies is a women only strength club with locations in Islington and Hackney where you lift heavy, feel powerful, and belong.
