We started as 1:1 personal trainers, and honestly, we doubted group training at first, because big classes like Barry’s, F45 or One Rebel just weren’t our style as they crowded rooms packed wall to wall, they don’t focus on form or progress and Coaches shouting reps over loud music and dark room.
That’s not what we wanted for our clients.
Instead, we built something different:
