  • 3 sessions per week: Can be useful if you have a pressing goal or want to see quick results.

    2–4 sessions per week for the first 6 weeks: A good idea if you're new to fitness or returning after a long time away.

  • The frequency of training sessions depends on your individual goals and schedule. Most clients benefit from 2-3 sessions per week, but your trainer will recommend the best plan for you.

  • Your first session will include an initial assessment where your trainer will discuss your goals, fitness level, and any concerns you may have.

  • Yes! We offer semi-private training sessions where you can train with a friend or partner. We also offer 4:1 group sessions in London.

  • Absolutely not! Personal training is suitable for people of all fitness levels, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Your trainer will tailor the programme to your current fitness level and help you progress safely.

  • Yes, we offer discounted rates for clients who book a package of multiple sessions. Please contact us for more information on our pricing and package options.

  • It's easy to take a look at social media and get the impression that everyone's got motivation to spare - but that's really not the case. Motivation is difficult to find - especially at the start of your fitness journey. 

    The good news is, personal training can give you the nudge you need when you feel like skipping your workout. It's not all about patting you on the back and cheering you on though - we work with principles and ideas that are proven to help you build habits that stick.
