Yes! Many of our members start with zero gym experience. Our Learn to Lift course is designed especially for women who are brand new to strength training.

No intimidation, no judgment, no crowded weights area. Just a safe, supportive space where women can train with confidence.

Both! You can choose a gym membership for open access, or upgrade if you want weekly small group coaching included.

Just wear comfortable clothes, trainers, and bring a bottle of water and a hand towel. We’ll take care of the rest from coaching to equipment.

Membership is women aged 18 and over.
