  • Not at all! Both sessions are beginner-friendly and fully coached. Our trainers guide you through every movement, helping you master technique and build confidence at your own pace.

  • Glow Up focuses on push movements and squat-based lower-body strength, while Level Up focuses on pull movements and hinge-based lower-body strength. Together, they create a perfectly balanced training program for your whole body.

  • Yes! In fact, most of our members train both to cover all major muscle groups and build total-body strength. Glow Up and Level Up are designed to complement each other perfectly.

  • No every session follows the same structure but the exercises, rep ranges, and progressions change weekly. This keeps your training fresh and ensures you keep getting stronger over time. Each program is carefully planned so you can track your progress and build strength safely and consistently.
