We divide the session into two focused sections for total-body balance and progression:

1️⃣ Lower Body — Hinge Bias

We start with movements that target your hamstrings, glutes, and calves, helping you develop strength, stability, and power through hip-dominant lifts. Expect to feel your posterior legs working hard with every rep.

2️⃣ Upper Body — Pull Focus

Next, we move to upper body pulling patterns, working muscles like your lats, rhomboids, biceps, and forearms. You’ll learn how to pull with control and build strength through rows, pull-downs, and other compound movements.

2. Pull Strength Focus
Learn and progress upper-body push patterns like:

  • Vertical Pull (Pull-ups, Lat-pull down)

3. Hinge Mastery
Train foundational lower-body movements like:

  • Deadlift

  • Romanian deadlift

4. Accessory Work
Finish with core, biceps, and rear delts for balance and symmetry.

  • Yes! In fact, most of our members train both to cover all major muscle groups and build total-body strength. Glow Up and Level Up are designed to complement each other perfectly.

  • No every session follows the same structure but the exercises, rep ranges, and progressions change weekly. This keeps your training fresh and ensures you keep getting stronger over time. Each program is carefully planned so you can track your progress and build strength safely and consistently.
