Lifting ladies FAQ

  • Yes! Many of our members start with zero gym experience. Our Learn to Lift course is designed especially for women who are brand new to strength training.

  • No intimidation, no judgment, no crowded weights area. Just a safe, supportive space where women can train with confidence.

  • Both! You can choose a gym membership for open access, or upgrade if you want weekly small group coaching included.

  • Just wear comfortable clothes, trainers, and bring a bottle of water and a hand towel. We’ll take care of the rest from coaching to equipment.

  • Membership is women aged 18 and over.

  • Yes! We have an incredible team of female personal trainers with expertise across strength, performance and more.
