Yes — to keep the space calm and uncrowded, all Open Gym sessions must be booked online in advance.

We limit Open Gym to 7 women per session, so you’ll always have space to move and equipment to use.

Each booking is for a 60-minute slot, giving you plenty of time for a warm-up, your workout, and a cool-down.

Yes! Open Gym is the perfect time to follow your own workout plan at your own pace, without interruption.
