All packages run on a 4-week subscription basis, with convenient monthly payment plans available.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is strict so that we can:
Pay our coaches a fair and sustainable wage
Maintain a high-quality, private training environment
Keep our services accessible without increasing prices
Each week, we receive a high volume of training requests. If we were to make exceptions to our refund policy, we would be forced to either reduce staff pay or raise prices neither of which aligns with our values.
For this reason, no exceptions can be made to our refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and respect for how our business operates.
