Our Open Gym sessions are designed for women who want the freedom to train independently without the pressure of a busy, intimidating gym. You’ll get access to our clean, private studio with a qualified instructor on hand for support.

Yes — to keep the space calm and uncrowded, all Open Gym sessions must be booked online in advance.

We limit Open Gym to 7 women per session, so you’ll always have space to move and equipment to use.

Each booking is for a 60-minute slot, giving you plenty of time for a warm-up, your workout, and a cool-down.
